A new housing development consisting of 600 A-rated, low energy, low CO2 houses in Glanmire, Co. Cork with development and construction being carried out by the O’ Flynn Group. The Ballinglanna development contains a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, with an emphasis on high quality design and finishes throughout.

The central heating system is a modern Hitachi air source heat pump. The system provides energy efficient and responsive central heating and large capacity hot water storage. Our new Qual-Pex Plus+ ‘Easy-Lay’ Multilayer Pipe will be installed for the Underfloor Heating on the ground floor with High output radiators on the first floor areas. These will work in conjunction with modern zoned heating controls.

A Pipelife underfloor heating system ensures a warm welcome for visitors to the brand new Jaguar & Land Rover showroom in Bishopstown, Co. Cork.

The company’s new 14 car showroom, with a dedicated new car handover area and state of the art workshop facilities for its dual Jaguar-Land Rover franchise, along with an eight car showroom and workshop facilities for its Volvo franchise.

Pipelife is delighted to be part of this fantastic development supplying the Underfloor Heating requirements for this new state of the art showroom. In all there was 920m2 of our Qual-Pex Plus+ Easy-Lay Mulitlayer Pipe layed across the showroom floors.

A selection 79 spacious 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. The homes feature high performance sustainable timber frame construction, are BER A3 rated and are heated using energy efficient air to water heat pumps to reduce the running costs of the homes.
